Rogers Healy is one of the most recognizable faces in the Dallas’ real estate community and the DFW metroplex. His brokerage, Rogers Healy And Associates Real Estate (RHA) has grown into a successful and nationally recognized company. As he’s continued his expansion, he has become a successful investor in a variety of well-known brands, a music-loving, record collecting podcast host for Rogers’ Music Tour’, and proud husband and father. (Congrats on the newest addition!)

Rogers was looking for a graphic designer at RHA to help craft creative, and to assist with graphics for brands in partnership with The Rogers Healy Companies. Also, an added asset for product and event photography, when needed.

In 2023, I was tasked with crafting presentations and content for the partnership between RHA and The Dallas Mavericks. Within developing graphics, slogans, and branding, RHA planned on opening a new e-store for agents and staff with merchandise and other items for sale. Additionally, the marketing team needed new assets to highlight games, events, and the partnership through the various social media.

I used the established aesthetic of fonts and imagery that is consistent to RHA and infused sports and modern American home themes to create elevated presentations. From digital illustration to giving an in-phone look at how content would be seen — I was able to bring these new elements to how RHA presented aspects of their content.

For my work in 2023, I was recognized by Rogers and the Leadership Staff with the Rogers Healy Impact Award!

The Impact Award was given to the individual who had great impact in 2023 for the company, and I was truly surprised I was selected! Grateful for being seen and appreciated by Rogers, Diyanna and the leadership staff. Thank you’s all the way around.

Diyanna had mentioned that it was for the work on the above Dallas Mavericks content, as well as other projects and creative throughout the year. I was humbled and am grateful for the recognition!

An Updated RHA Website Experience

In August 2023, I proposed making needed updates to RHA’s website. Although the aesthetic was still fairly contemporary, the functionality and user experience needed refreshing. My proposal included website examples from brands, brokerages, along with the development of a more visual experience. There were also accompanying functionalities that I believed would be beneficial for any user: home buyers, sellers, real estate agents, and other information seekers.

In May 2025, I embarked on laying out what a prospective site update could look and function like. Working with RHA’s Senior Graphic Designer and the real estate website building company, Union Street Media, we were able to put together the following example. However, before the launch, RHA was bought by Compass Real Estate and the final version never made it live. In all, the process provided a valuable learning experience in collaboration and the modern design process.

Initial Wireframes

Following learned UI/UX principles, and after several marketing and design meetings, I launched into handrawn wireframes of what a potential layout could look and function like. The goal was to elevate the original website experience by giving homebuyers and sellers easy access to the information they needed, give agents a place to either join the brokerage or show their work, and build a hub for all of RHA’s content. My personal goal was to help design a beautiful, engaging experience that was smooth and easy to use.

Digital Wireframes and Layouts

I expanded on the drawings and drafted the initial digital layouts in Illustrator for reference and review since Union Street Media was doing the production and coding. Layout examples are provided in desktop and mobile formats. To see more context and references, hit the Figma link here.

My Favorite Work

The design layout of the ‘Find An Agent’ page was my favorite part of the website. After a review of the initial designs, our Director presented us with the challenge of fully re-designing the initial presentation of the layout. Her observation was that if we are redoing it, let’s visualize something different than what was already present.

We agreed with that sentiment, and after some revision efforts, the Senior Graphic Designer found a template that was used in different fashion, that we identified could be retrofit for the page we were looking to create.

I put together the following layout for desktop and mobile, that I feel would really give the user a more engaging experience when searching for the realtor they are needing. Drop-down filter options, a revolving alphabetical search, light animation with the seal in the upper right hand corner and other elements to curate their experience. An interface that would not only be elevated, but provided the user with immediate access to needed information. For more on this, plus a few notes, hit the Figma link here.

Social Media Assets

Working with our Social Media Manager and the brokerages Agent Success Team, we were able to ideate social media assets that we believed could perform for recruitment and engagement. Here are some examples of the content that I was able to expand on using meeting notes, copy drafts and image references.

A Whitepaper: Downloadable Content

In the wake of the National Association of Realtors settlement, there was a lot of change taking place in the industry — laws, disclosures, and new rules that made it an interesting environment for new and tenured agents. I ideated a downloadable whitepaper that could be used by our Social Media Manager as an encouraging call to the industry. It also doubled as a recruiting asset to provide motivation through a turbulent time and give agents a community to grow with. I designed the document and wrote the copy with insight from the Agent Success Team and Recruiting.
